Butter Bake Biscuits

Ingredients

Optional

1 cup Butter

Few Chopped Cashew nuts

½ cup Icing Sugar

1 cup Flour

1 tbsp Vanilla Essence

2 tbsp Castor Sugar

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees centigrade. Beat butter, icing sugar, and vanilla essence till creamy.
  2. Fold in the flour half at a time. Now roll level teaspoons of the mixture into balls with floured hands.
  3. Place these balls 2 inches apart on greased baking tray. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes till light golden in colour.
  4. Transfer to wire rack, sprinkle with Castor Sugar and Nuts. Let it cool. Store in air tight container.
