1 cup Butter |
Few Chopped Cashew nuts |

½ cup Icing Sugar |

1 cup Flour |

1 tbsp Vanilla Essence |

2 tbsp Castor Sugar |

Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees centigrade. Beat butter, icing sugar, and vanilla essence till creamy.
- Fold in the flour half at a time. Now roll level teaspoons of the mixture into balls with floured hands.
- Place these balls 2 inches apart on greased baking tray. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes till light golden in colour.
- Transfer to wire rack, sprinkle with Castor Sugar and Nuts. Let it cool. Store in air tight container.
