This one is for Poojneet !
(So sorry that it took me so long to get this online. Hope you find it useful and fun. Not to mention tasty.)
Ingredients
Milk – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Butter – 100 gms ( ration one will also do)
Cocoa Powder – 4 spoons (not too heaped)
Crushed Marie Biscuit Powder – 2 spoons
Method
In a heavy bottomed pan add the sugar, milk and butter.
Stir in the Cocoa powder ensuring no lumps are formed.
Now let the ingredients melt and come to a boil.
When the sugar has dissolved and the cocoa is cooked stir in the marie biscuit powder.
It should not be flowing around freely and should not be a solid lump either.
Now ice your cake with this fudge icing and place in the fridge to set.
That’s all there is to it.
Will get the second chocolate icing up by tomorrow.
